Included In Event Decorating Services Contract Fee:

EVS In-stock decorations, Client/Venue(s)/Vendor(s) decorating consultations, decoration designs,

decorations preparation, prior to event decorations storage, day of event and/or day before event

decorations set up, day of event and/or day after event decorations tear down. 

Extra Event Decorating Service Fees For The Following Services:

Non EVS decorations, EVS balloon design decorations, wedding party flowers, event flowers, head table(s)

and/or special table(s) decorations, additional clean up beyond EVS decorations set up and tear down.

EVENT COORDINATING SERVICES

Included In Event Coordinating Services Contract Fee:

Onsite coordination from start to finish of event, event production timeline,

Client consultations regarding event, event planning services to include consultation and management

with venue(s) and vendor(s), venue(s) and vendor(s) research and referrals.

Extra Event Planning Services Fees:

Event website creation and monitoring, event programs, event invite, event

communications by email, social media, text or US mail.
